Tell us about your business
Browse the portfolio to see our work and gather references you like. Then tell us about your business. We custom-design your site bespoke from your onboarding answers, there is no template or style to pick.

Pay and submit details
Stripe Checkout from SGD 99. No quote, no call, no sales theatre. After payment, you land on an onboarding form that takes about 15 minutes: domain, email and booking preferences first, then your business, the website, photos and a final review.

We build and review
Your site is designed and built, then hand-reviewed, within about 7 working days from content received. We sweat the things businesses usually get burned on: a contact form that sends to your email, mobile layout, real email forwarding, no broken links.

You review and revise
Preview link goes to you. 3 revision rounds within the original scope, text changes, image swaps, section reorder, contact details, colour adjustments within your bespoke design.

Site goes live
Your site launches on your-name.madeproper.sg by default, SSL active, contact form verified to send to your email. If you took the Domain & Business Email add-on, we connect your domain and test email forwarding too. You get a handover note with everything you need.
06
Clean handover
You receive site access plus credentials for any add-ons you took (domain registrar, business email). Made Proper Premium (SGD 200/yr) covers ongoing care and in-scope edits all year; only genuinely custom systems are quoted separately.

Why no discovery call
Calls are how SGD 99 turns into SGD 5,000.
Discovery calls aren't free. Every hour an agency spends in a meeting is an hour they bill you for. That's why the same website that costs SGD 99 here costs SGD 5,000+ at a Singapore agency.
The onboarding form is faster, more honest, and more accurate. You think about your business at your own pace. You attach photos and copy at midnight if you want. We get exactly what we need to build the site, without the meeting gymnastics.
Already have a booking link? We connect it to your site for free in the launch. Setting up a new booking link is part of Made Proper Premium (SGD 200/yr). Only genuinely custom systems, a strategy conversation, calendar sync or staff scheduling, are a separate paid engagement, quoted on their own terms. The SGD 99 launch path stays clean.

Pricing & refunds
SGD 99 is the one-time fee for the Website Launch itself, that part is flat, and it puts your site live on a your-name.madeproper.sg web address. Add-ons (Domain & Business Email, and Made Proper Premium, which includes booking link setup) are billed separately if you take them, which is why headline pricing reads "from" SGD 99. Anything outside standard business informational scope (custom booking systems, ecommerce, payment collection, login portals, databases, ongoing maintenance) is quoted as a separate engagement.
Process & timeline
About 7 working days from when we receive your content (logo, photos, services, business details) — a target we aim for, not a guaranteed date. If your content isn't ready, the clock starts when it is. Most customers complete onboarding in about 15 minutes.
Domain & email
Yes, as part of the SGD 200/yr Domain & Business Email bundle, managed for you. A .sg domain additionally needs Singpass or Corppass verification with the registry (SGNIC), so we collect your NRIC or UEN during onboarding, and we handle all the technical DNS and website setup.
Scope & revisions
A full multi-section website (not a one-pager): website design and setup, content copywriting from your onboarding answers, mobile responsive layout, image gallery where suitable, basic SEO (title and meta description), a contact form that emails you plus a booking button, 3 revision rounds, and launch-ready handover. The SGD 99 launches your site on a your-name.madeproper.sg web address; a custom domain & business email and Made Proper Premium are available as yearly add-ons. Live within about 7 working days of receiving your content.
Ownership & support
You do. The domain is registered in your business name. If you ever stop working with Made Proper, you take the domain with you. We handle the technical setup, never the ownership.
