You confirm that all information submitted is true, accurate, current, and authorised.
Made Proper may rely on your onboarding information to prepare website copy, register or connect domains, set up business email, create booking links, and configure third party services.
If the information is wrong, incomplete, misleading, outdated, or unauthorised, you are responsible for resulting delays, corrections, third party fees, failed registration, suspension, or additional work.
6. Domain names
If you choose domain setup through Made Proper, we may purchase, register, connect, configure, or manage the domain through a registrar account used by Made Proper or its provider.
Where available or required, the registrant details may use your business or personal information. You must provide accurate registrant information.
A domain may be managed inside Made Proper's registrar account for operational convenience. This does not mean Made Proper is responsible for your business use of the domain.
Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration is completed.
Domain spelling confirmed by you is final. If you confirm the wrong spelling and the domain is registered, any replacement domain is charged separately.
Domain registration, renewal, transfer, suspension, verification, dispute, and recovery are subject to registrar and registry rules.
Domain fees are not refundable once the domain is registered, renewed, transferred, or charged by the provider.
If you want a domain transferred to your own registrar account, Made Proper can assist where allowed by the registrar and registry rules. Transfer fees, renewal fees, lock periods, verification steps, or provider restrictions may apply.
7. .sg domain verification
For .sg domains, SGNIC or the registrar may require identity verification through Singpass, Corppass, or another accepted process.
You agree to provide accurate information and complete any required verification promptly.
If required verification is not completed, the domain, website, or email may be suspended or may stop working.
Made Proper is not responsible for delay, suspension, or failed registration caused by incomplete verification, incorrect information, or failure to complete SGNIC or registrar requirements.
8. Business email setup
If you choose business email setup, Made Proper may use Lark, Zoho, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or another suitable third party provider.
Unless a paid provider plan is separately agreed, email setup may rely on a free or low cost provider plan.
Free or low cost email plans may have limits, including storage, number of users, sending limits, features, security controls, support, branding, or availability.
If your business needs a paid email plan, larger mailbox, more users, enterprise features, or advanced administration, the provider cost is charged separately.
Made Proper does not guarantee uninterrupted email service because email infrastructure depends on third party providers, DNS, registrar settings, and provider availability.
9. Hosting and SSL
If hosting or SSL setup is included or selected, Made Proper may deploy your website using a managed cloud hosting provider such as Vercel or an equivalent provider.
Hosting is subject to provider terms, fair usage, technical limits, plan limits, and availability.
The standard setup is intended for normal business informational websites. It is not intended for high traffic applications, ecommerce, enterprise workloads, media heavy applications, custom backends, or mission critical systems.
If your website exceeds fair usage or provider plan limits, you may need to upgrade to a paid provider plan. Provider costs are charged separately.
Made Proper does not guarantee uninterrupted hosting, zero downtime, unlimited bandwidth, unlimited storage, or permanent free hosting.
10. Booking button and booking link
The standard Website Launch may include a contact button, booking button, or placement of a simple booking link where suitable.
A simple booking link means a basic third party booking page or link for a simple appointment or enquiry flow.
Unless separately agreed, booking setup does not include:
- Staff scheduling
- Payment collection
- Deposits
- Custom booking rules
- Customer accounts
- Private calendar sync
- Multiple staff availability
- Automated reminders beyond provider default settings
- Custom booking software
- Ongoing booking support
If you want to connect your private Google, Outlook, Apple, or other personal calendar, you may need to complete that step yourself after handover.
11. Content copywriting
Content copywriting means Made Proper turns your onboarding answers into website ready copy.
You remain responsible for accuracy of all factual claims, service descriptions, prices, qualifications, credentials, regulatory claims, testimonials, images, logos, and business information.
Made Proper does not verify professional licences, legal compliance, medical claims, financial claims, tax claims, product claims, or regulated statements unless separately agreed in writing.
You must not submit false, misleading, infringing, illegal, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or unauthorised content.
12. Customer content and rights
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all content you provide, including logos, photos, videos, text, brand names, trademarks, testimonials, and business information.
You grant Made Proper permission to use, edit, resize, compress, rewrite, adapt, upload, and publish your provided content for the purpose of delivering your website and related services.
You are responsible for any claim arising from content you provide.
Made Proper may refuse to publish content that appears illegal, misleading, harmful, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, or unsuitable.
13. Made Proper materials
Your business content remains yours.
Made Proper retains ownership of its own tools, workflows, design system, templates, reusable code, prompts, processes, internal systems, production methods, layout patterns, and know how.
Unless separately agreed, the Website Launch does not include transfer of source code, private repository access, internal prompts, project files, deployment account ownership, or backend system access.
You receive the live website and a practical handover suitable for normal business use.
If source code export or repository transfer is required, it must be separately agreed and may be charged separately.
14. Revisions
3 revision rounds are included within the original scope.
A revision round may include:

- Adding custom booking logic
- Creating a custom backend
- Changing business strategy
- Unlimited new pages
- Unlimited new content after approval
Unused revision rounds have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other services.
Additional revisions are chargeable.
15. Timeline
The standard target is to launch within 7 days after complete onboarding content is received.
The 7 day timeline starts only when Made Proper has received the required information, content, approvals, domain decisions, and any required third party access or verification.
The timeline may pause or extend if:
- Onboarding is incomplete
- Content is missing
- Domain verification is pending
- Third party provider approval is delayed
- Customer approval is delayed
- Customer changes scope
- Required information is inaccurate
- Technical issues arise with a third party provider
- Customer requests additional work
Made Proper is not liable for delay caused by customer action, missing content, third party providers, registrar rules, SGNIC verification, payment issues, or force majeure events.
16. Customer approval and acceptance
Made Proper may provide a preview link for review.
You must submit revision requests clearly within the review period stated in the handover or preview message.
If you do not respond within the stated review period, the website may be treated as accepted within the agreed scope.
Once accepted or launched, further changes are chargeable unless Made Proper agrees otherwise.
17. Payment
Payment must be made before work begins unless Made Proper agrees otherwise.
Stripe or another payment provider may process payment. Made Proper does not receive or store full card details.
All prices are in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise.
Made Proper may refuse to start work until payment is completed and confirmed.
Provider fees, premium domains, paid email plans, paid hosting plans, paid booking plans, transfer fees, renewal fees, taxes, and other third party costs may be charged separately.
18. Refunds
A refund may be available only if requested before production begins.
Production may begin shortly after payment or after onboarding is submitted.
Once production begins, the Website Launch fee is not refundable.
Domain fees are not refundable once a domain is registered, renewed, transferred, or charged by the provider.
Email setup fees, hosting setup fees, booking setup fees, and other third party setup fees may not be refundable once setup begins or provider costs are incurred.
Completed, delivered, launched, or accepted work is not refundable.
If a refund is approved, payment processor fees may not be returned where the payment provider does not return them.
19. Disputes and chargebacks
If you raise a payment dispute or chargeback after Made Proper has started work, incurred third party costs, delivered a preview, launched a website, registered a domain, set up email, or provided handover, Made Proper may submit evidence to the payment provider or bank.
