Domain & Business Email
Your web address and business email, sorted and kept running for you. We register a new domain or connect one you already own, set up business mailboxes, and look after it all — no DNS or registrar headache. Renews yearly.
One yearly bundle covering domain and business email, managed end to end. A .sg domain needs Singpass or Corppass verification and your NRIC or UEN, which we collect during onboarding. Larger teams or paid plan upgrades are passed through at provider cost.

Made Proper Premium
Dedicated ongoing care, fresh content and on-brand images, and booking link setup whenever you need them — we keep your site current, generate new images and copy, set up a booking link if you want one, and turn around in-scope edits within 7 working days, all year. Renews yearly.
Covers ongoing care, content, booking link setup and in-scope edits for your live website. New systems, redesigns, ecommerce, custom booking logic or out-of-scope work are quoted separately.

The SGD 99 launch fee covers a standard business informational website setup, live on a your-name.madeproper.sg address.
It includes website design and setup, content copywriting from your onboarding answers, mobile responsive layout, image gallery where suitable, basic SEO title and description, contact or booking button placement, 3 revision rounds and launch-ready handover.
It does NOT include domain registration, business email account, booking link account setup, custom booking systems, ecommerce, payment collection, login portals, databases, custom software, unlimited revisions or ongoing maintenance.
Third-party services (hosting, email, domain registrar, booking platforms) are subject to their own limits, availability and pricing. Where a paid provider plan is required, the upgrade cost is passed through at provider cost.
- Hosting
- Hosting and SSL are set up at launch using managed cloud hosting. Fair use applies. Built for standard business informational sites, not high-traffic ecommerce or enterprise workloads. Continued hosting beyond launch is subject to provider terms, and any paid plan upgrades are passed through at provider cost.
- Business email
- Business email runs on your own domain as part of the SGD 200/yr Domain & Business Email bundle, set up and managed for you. Works with common mail apps. Free-tier limits apply; larger teams or paid plan upgrades are arranged with the provider at provider cost.
- Copywriting
- We turn your onboarding answers into website-ready copy, then place it into a proper page structure. Not a brand strategy session.
- Booking
- The SGD 99 launch includes a contact form sent to your chosen email, plus a booking button. If you already have a booking link, we connect it for free. Setting up a new booking system through our partner is included in Made Proper Premium (SGD 200/yr), configured from your operating hours and contact number. Custom booking systems (calendar sync, staff scheduling, payments) are a separate engagement, email support@madeproper.sg.

Refunds, plainly
You can change your mind.
Full refund if you change your mind before production begins. We typically start work within 24 hours of checkout, so the window is short but real.
Once production starts, the SGD 99 launch fee is non-refundable. Once a domain is registered in your name, the domain cost is non-refundable separately (paid through to the registrar).
Yearly add-on subscriptions (Domain & Business Email, Made Proper Premium) can be cancelled at any time before next renewal, no surprise charges.
