Spent eight years at a Magic Circle Singapore office before co-founding the firm in 2003. Heads our commercial + transactions practice. Acts for business founders, family businesses, and a handful of international buyers entering Singapore. Has closed over 180 transactions in the SGD 5m-80m range. Lectures occasionally on M&A at NUS Law.

Co-founded the firm in 2003 after seven years at the same Magic Circle office. Leads our disputes practice. Believes most shareholder disputes can be settled without going to court, and most are. Where they cannot, has appeared in the High Court of Singapore on more than thirty matters since 2010. Sits on a community mediation panel.
