Sustainability work has been a part of the practice since 2010, when BCA Green Mark certification became a mainstream requirement for new construction in Singapore. Our sustainability team is led by two Green Mark-accredited professionals, with experience across:

• · LEED-certified projects (cross-listed with our US partner firm)
• · Energy audits for 30+ year-old office buildings
• · Retrofits of 1990s-era buildings to current Green Mark standards

Our 2024 retrofit of a 1995 Raffles Place office block achieved Green Mark Platinum and paid back the renovation cost in energy savings within four years. We are happy to share the case study with prospective clients under NDA.
