First visit
Bring your dog 15 minutes early on the first visit. We'll spend that time getting to know each other. Your dog will sniff the space, meet whoever's grooming them, and decide we're not a threat. Then the actual groom starts.
Typical full-groom time:
Drop-off and pick-up by appointment. You can wait in our small front area or pop out for a coffee. There's a café two doors down.
What we ask: please don't feed your dog within 2 hours of the appointment. Anxious dogs sometimes get queasy in transport.
