A dog trainer + a vet nurse.

Brushtail was founded by a dog trainer and a former vet nurse who wanted to run a grooming studio where the dog's day was as important as the haircut.

We never groom more than four dogs at once. No cage drying. Hand-dry only. Every pet has a one-on-one groomer for the full visit.

We do not accept aggressive cases. If your dog has bitten before, please tell us; we'll refer you to a behaviourist-led groomer who can do the work safely.

Our facility is small on purpose. Two grooming stations, one bath station, one drying station. Four dogs maximum at any time. No cages. Dogs that need to wait for their owner relax on a mat in our quiet room.
