Our outdoor classroom isn't a marketing line. It's the daily flow. Children plant, children harvest, children eat what they've grown. We have a wet-weather plan for indoor mud kitchen and water table, but it's the exception, not the rule.

Sun safety: every child is required to bring a hat. We provide spare sunscreen. Children are encouraged to drink water frequently; we have insulated bottles refilled throughout the day.
