Compass was set up by a former ACRA officer who wanted to run a small CorpSec firm that could actually file on time for one hundred-plus clients without losing track.

We use one piece of software (in-house) and one named contact per client. You will not be passed to a junior at filing time.

We have never missed an AR deadline since incorporation. We track them ourselves and chase you ninety days before the due date.

Most CorpSec firms either run on Excel spreadsheets (don't scale, miss deadlines) or on enterprise software built for the Big Four (overpriced, opaque, designed for tax-and-audit, not for CorpSec). We built our own ledger ten years in. It tracks every deadline for every client and pings us 90, 60 and 30 days before each one.

The software is not the moat. The moat is that one named contact, every client. The software just lets one person keep track of 140 clients without missing a deadline.
