Our process
We come to your home. Two hours. Walk every room, take measurements, listen to what you want and what you don't.
Within 5 working days. Quote is fixed, line-itemed. If we missed something, we eat the difference. If we overestimated, we credit you on the variation.
Six to eight weekends of choosing tiles, taps, flooring, paint, finishes. We have a workbook to keep this organised. You don't have to remember anything.
We submit. You sign. Typically 3 weeks for HDB approval, 6 weeks for BCA where applicable.
Hacking week one. Plumbing + electrical weeks two-three. Carpentry installed in week four-five. Painting last.
We walk through with you, noting every defect on a snag list. Defects fixed within 14 days. You sign the handover. We come back in 6 months for a free defects visit.
