Six Window opened in 2020. The chef trained in Lyon and worked five years across two Michelin-starred kitchens in Stockholm before returning to Singapore.

We are a small place. The team is small. We are closed Sundays so the kitchen and front of house can have a real weekend together.

The wine list is not large. It is curated. We will tell you which bottle is open by the glass and which is worth ordering full.

The room is small. Bar counter for eight, four two-tops, two four-tops. The kitchen is open to the dining room, so you'll see the chef finishing your plate. Acoustically: warm, not loud. Conversational at table-to-table.

Service: we are not the kind of restaurant where someone refills your water glass every three minutes. We are the kind of restaurant where the floor pays attention to your table and shows up when something is needed.
