We bake for a small number of cafés and restaurants on the East Coast. The arrangement is simple: standing order, delivered fresh in the morning, billed monthly. Pricing 30% off retail.

Minimum order: 12 loaves or 36 viennoiserie. We take new wholesale clients when we have capacity (currently full for 2026; waitlist open).
