The short version.

I spent fifteen years inside operating roles at three companies. Two I joined pre-fifty-headcount; one I helped sell. Since 2015 I have advised founder-led businesses independently.

I work between Singapore and Mumbai. Six months on each side, roughly. Most of my clients are based in one of the two cities; occasionally an engagement takes me elsewhere in the region.

Before all of that: engineering at IIT Bombay, MBA at INSEAD, four years at a global consulting firm before I went operating in 2000. The operating years were the most useful ones.
